Troubleshooting Failed Withdrawals
- Check if Minimum Reached: Ensure your withdrawal request meets the 0.0005 BTC minimum.
- Check BTC Address: Invalid addresses will fail. Make sure your destination wallet supports BTC.
- Check Network Load: During Bitcoin congestion, processing may take longer than expected.
- Check Pending Status: If status is “Pending” for over 1 hour, open a support ticket with:
- Amount of Bitcoin they were attempting to withdraw
- Time attempted of the withdrawal
- Odin username
- To which address attempted to withdraw
- Which token was withdrawn (BTC or some other Rune token)
- TXID if generated.
