When you encounter an issue on Odin.Fun, you can submit a support request through our integrated Ticket Tool, powered by the Zendesk API. This ensures your request is logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently.
Step-by-Step Process
1. Open the Support Form
Go to odin.fun.
Navigate to the Support / Help Center section.
Click Submit a Ticket.
Fill in the Required Information
Email Address → Needed so we can send you updates.
Odin Username / BLIFE ID → Helps us locate your account quickly.

Category → Select the type of issue:
Deposits (BTC not showing, delays)
Withdrawals (pending, failed, or incorrect)
Trading (errors, failed buy/sell, slippage issues)
Account / Security (login, BLIFE ID, recovery, suspicious activity)
Referral & Rewards (missing bonuses, referral count issues)
Other (general questions or feedback)
Provide Details of the Issue
Subject Line: Short summary (e.g., “BTC Deposit Missing”).
Description: Clear explanation of the problem.
Attachments: Screenshots or TXIDs (highly recommended).
Submit the Ticket
Click Submit.
The ticket is routed Odin API → Database → Zendesk.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number.
Track Ticket Status
You can check your ticket status under My Tickets in the Help Center.
Unassigned → Waiting for support team assignment.
Pending → Our team has responded and is waiting for your reply.
Escalated → Forwarded to technical/dev team for deeper review.
Solved → The issue has been resolved and the ticket is closed.
✅ Tip: Always include your TXID, wallet address, and screenshots when reporting deposit/withdrawal issues. This helps us resolve your case much faster.
