Sometimes referral counts may not update as expected. This usually happens if the referral link wasn’t used correctly, the referred user hasn’t completed a trade yet, or there is a short delay in the dashboard update. Ineligible referrals (such as existing Odin accounts) will also not be counted. If the issue continues, you can submit a support ticket with your referral’s details for further review.
If your referral count doesn’t seem correct, follow these steps:
Step 1: Verify referral link usage
Make sure your friend used your unique referral link when signing up.
👉 Sign-ups without the referral link will not count.
Step 2: Confirm activity
Check if your referral has completed at least one trade.
⚠️ Note: A referral bonus only triggers after the first trade.
Step 3: Refresh your dashboard
Referral stats sometimes update with a short delay. Try refreshing your dashboard before raising a ticket.
Step 4: Check referral eligibility
Ensure your referral didn’t already have an Odin account.
➡️ Existing users cannot be counted as referrals.
Step 5: Contact Support
If the issue still persists:
Gather your referral’s user ID.
Open a support ticket through the Odin Help Center https://help.odin.fun/hc/en-us/requests/new.
Our team will investigate and manually validate your referral.
